It’s Muscadet May!
Muscadet is taking over Boston restaurants this May. This unpretentious wine from the Loire Valley has dry, mineral flavors and acidity that pair perfectly with Boston and New England’s cuisine of oysters, fried clams and lobster rolls. The Loire Valley Wine Bureau has teamed up with Second Glass
This month, the Loire Valley Wine Bureau completed its Spring Trade Shows in Boston, Seattle and Los Angeles. These trade tastings are the largest tastings of locally available wines in each market, and suppliers certainly brought out some great selections. Buyers from Whole Foods, The Wine House, K & L Wine Merchants, Esquin Wine Merchants, Campagne, among others, were spotted sipping the great variety of wines. Here are some pictures from the events, and in the fall, we hope to see more members of the trade at our tastings in Austin, Atlanta, San Francisco and Miami! More information to come soon.
